Part 1 – Your Right to Revoke the Contract

You have the right to revoke this contract within thirty calendar days without providing any reason. This thirty day revocation period begins on the following dates, depending on the nature of your order:

If you ordered one or more products in a single order and all products are delivered at the same time, the period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the products.

If you ordered several products in a single order and the products are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you take possession of the last product.

If you ordered a product that is delivered in several partial shipments or multiple units, the period begins on the day you take possession of the last partial shipment or the last unit.

Part 2 – How to Exercise Your Right to Revoke

To exercise your right to revoke, you must inform our store of your decision to revoke this contract by means of an unambiguous statement. Acceptable methods of notification include:

Submitting a return request through our online return portal, which will automatically generate a cancellation confirmation

Sending a written statement through our website contact form

Mailing a physical letter to our warehouse address (available on our website)

Using the sample revocation form provided on our website (optional)

You are not required to use any specific wording or form. A simple statement such as “I hereby revoke my purchase of order number [number]” is sufficient. To safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the thirty day period expires.

Part 3 – Consequences of Revocation

If you validly revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs. However, if you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than our standard shipping option, we will only reimburse the cost of standard shipping. The reimbursement will be made within fourteen days from the day we receive your revocation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse to issue the reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever occurs first.

Part 4 – Return Obligations and Deadlines

You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the fourteen day deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the products for change of mind returns. For returns due to defects, damage, or our error, we bear the direct return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label.

Part 5 – Restocking Fees and Refund Reductions

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, you are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If you have used the product beyond what would be permitted in a physical store, we may deduct an amount equal to the loss in value from your refund. We will notify you of any such deduction and explain the basis for it.

Part 6 – Exclusions from the Right of Revocation

The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of products that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the customer is important, or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer. This includes custom made tools, personalized engravings, and special order items.

Contracts for the supply of products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including certain adhesives, lubricants, batteries, and chemical products.

Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, which can be delivered thirty days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the merchant has no influence. (Note: This exclusion rarely applies to hardware tools but is included for completeness.)

Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

Part 7 – Premature Expiration of the Revocation Right

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This includes respirators, safety masks, hearing protection, and other personal protective equipment.

Contracts for the supply of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery, owing to their condition.

Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Part 8 – Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind returns. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, model, or color, you should return the original product for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees that the replacement item is in stock. For defective products, we offer a direct replacement. Please contact us through our website to arrange a defective exchange. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement after receiving the returned defective item.

Part 9 – Return Shipping Costs by Region

For customers in the United States, you may use our prepaid return label service for change of mind returns for a flat fee of $6.99 per return package. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may ship the return using any carrier of your choice at your own expense. For returns due to defect or error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

For customers outside the United States, you are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Customs duties and taxes paid at the time of original purchase are generally not refundable. For defect or error returns, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after receiving proof of postage.

Part 10 – Inspection and Refund Timeline

Upon receiving your returned products, we will inspect them within five business days. If the products meet the return condition requirements, we will process your refund within fourteen days of receiving your revocation notice. Refunds for credit card payments typically appear on your statement within three to ten business days, depending on your card issuer. Refunds for other payment methods may take longer. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
