Effective for All Orders
Part 1 – Order Processing
After your payment has been successfully received and confirmed, we begin processing your order within 1 to 3 business days. Processing includes:
Order verification
Inventory allocation
Secure packaging appropriate for hardware and tools
Label creation and carrier handoff preparation
Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Part 2 – Dispatch and Start of Delivery Window
Once processing is complete, your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The delivery time estimates listed below begin on the date of dispatch, not on the date you placed your order. All delivery times are provided in business days.
Part 3 – Regional Delivery Time Estimates (After Dispatch)

United States (all states and territories) 3–5 days
Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic 5–7 days
Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Italy 5–7 days
Switzerland, Liechtenstein 6–8 days
All other countries worldwide 8–10 days
Part 4 – No Deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
We do not schedule or perform deliveries on Sundays or public holidays in the destination country. Delivery estimates automatically exclude these days. If a delivery is estimated to arrive on a Sunday, it will occur on the following Monday (unless Monday is a public holiday).
Part 5 – Orders With Multiple Delivery Time Estimates
If your order contains different products that have different individual delivery time estimates, our standard policy is to ship all items together in one shipment. We will not split your order unless we contact you in advance and make a separate agreement. In the case of a combined shipment, the total delivery time for your complete order will be based on the product with the longest estimated delivery time.
Part 6 – No Geographic Restrictions
We ship to all countries and regions worldwide. There are no excluded delivery areas. The appropriate delivery time from Part 3 will apply to your destination.
Part 7 – Business Day Definition
For the purposes of this policy, a business day is defined as any day from Monday through Friday that is not a nationally recognized public holiday in the destination country. Weekends are not business days.
Part 8 – Delivery Time Extensions
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs inspections, or public health emergencies. In such cases, delivery times may be extended beyond the estimates in Part 3.
Part 9 – Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Part 10 – Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your order applies to your purchase.
